Faith, Partnership & Community: Recent Highlights from Eagles Nest Regeneration & The Well
At Eagles Nest Regeneration & The Well, transformation happens through more than the work taking place within our residential recovery programs. It also happens through faith, relationships, community involvement, and partnerships with people and organizations who believe lives can change.
Recently, we had several opportunities to celebrate those connections across Floyd, Christiansburg, and the surrounding New River Valley.
Five Women from The Well Celebrate Baptism

Sunday was a meaningful day as five women from The Well publicly declared their faith through baptism at Dwelling Place.
Surrounded by members of the church, friends, family, and others from The Well community, each woman stepped into the water as a reflection of the transformation taking place in her life.
For these women, baptism represented an important step in a journey of faith, recovery, restoration, and new life. Moments like these remind us that sustainable recovery involves more than moving beyond addiction. It is also about discovering value, rebuilding relationships, finding belonging, and moving forward with hope.
We are grateful to Dwelling Place for creating a place where these women could celebrate such a meaningful milestone surrounded by people who support and encourage them.
Connecting with Radford University at Our Floyd Campus
Our main Eagles Nest Regeneration campus in Floyd recently welcomed representatives from Radford University’s Music Therapy and Social Services programs for a Lunch & Learn.
During their visit, our guests had the opportunity to learn more about Eagles Nest Regeneration & The Well and the long-term, Christ-centered recovery services provided to men and women in our region.
More importantly, the gathering created space for conversation about ways we may be able to work together in the future.
Relationships with educators, professionals, churches, businesses, and community organizations help create new opportunities for the individuals we serve. We are grateful to the Radford University representatives who spent time with us, asked thoughtful questions, and explored how their areas of expertise could potentially connect with our mission.

Eagles Nest Regeneration also recently had the opportunity to provide food for a Men’s Conference at Belmont Christian Church in Christiansburg.
It was a privilege for our team to serve and contribute to an event focused on bringing men together for encouragement, connection, and growth.
We want to extend a special thank you to Belmont Christian Church for trusting Eagles Nest Regeneration and including us in the event. Opportunities like this allow us to serve beyond our campuses while strengthening relationships with churches and organizations throughout our community.
